ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Please ensure your pet meets the following requirements for daycare or boarding:
Healthy Dog
Must be up to date on all vaccinations, including annual boosters
Parasite-Free Dog
Must be dewormed for internal and external parasites and have a flea/tick prevention method: either a collar or oral medication. We do not accept spot-on treatments, "tick vaccines," or flea baths.
Sociable Dog
Must get along with males and females, and must not be aggressive towards humans or other dogs. A behavior test will be conducted before admission.
Safe Dog
To prevent fights and accidents, we do not accept females in heat (which occurs approximately every 6 months). Please be honest and disclose this information
We are your pet’s second home
Bring your pet’s food labeled in a container with a lid, enough for the entire stay, along with feeding instructions. Also, bring their collar and optionally their bed and/or blanket
IMPORTANT: If your pet requires medication, bring detailed instructions (medication, dosage, schedule). This service will have an additional cost
Healthy Kitty
Your cat must have an up-to-date vaccination record with all required annual boosters
Parasite-Free Kitty
Your cat must be dewormed for internal and external parasites and must be protected against fleas and ticks
Sociable Kitty
Your cat must be a domestic, sociable, and human-friendly kitty, used to being indoors. We do not accept aggressive or feral cats
Safe Kitty
To avoid fights and accidents, we do not accept females in heat (which occurs every six months). Please be honest and do not withhold this information. You must bring your cat in a crate or carrier
We are your pet’s second home
Don’t forget to bring enough food and litter for the duration of your cat’s stay

Reminder: During high season (Easter, Christmas holidays, or summer vacation), you must book in advance and leave a deposit to guarantee your pet’s stay.
